General terms and conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations between the operator of the Marvel Gym fitness centre (company ID (IČO): 06025081, registered office Tovačovského 113/5, Mladá Boleslav IV) and the visitor (client), in particular regarding registration, entry, credit purchases and service bookings.

2. User account and registration

To make full use of our services, such as topping up credits and booking group classes, you must register in our system. The client must provide truthful information and protect their login details from third parties.

3. Bookings, substitutes and cancellation fees

• Class bookings: Bookings are made online. Credits are deducted from the client's account when booking.
• Substitutes: If a class is full, the client can join as a substitute. The credits are blocked (deducted immediately) in case the client is moved up to a regular participant when a spot opens.
• Cancellation: The client may cancel a class within the set limit (e.g. up to 12 or 24 hours before the class) to get the credits refunded. A late cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund.

4. Gym rules and code of conduct

All visitors must follow the gym rules and take care of safety and cleanliness. Staff reserve the right to remove anyone who disrupts the centre or endangers other visitors, without compensation for the entry.

5. Payment terms

Memberships and credits can be paid online through the integrated payment gateways, or in cash or by card at the gym reception. We also accept verified entries through partners (e.g. the MultiSport card), where identity may need to be verified (e.g. with a photo if in doubt).

6. Closing an account and unused credits

The client may ask to close their user account at any time. Unused credits cannot be claimed after the account is closed unless agreed otherwise individually. You can request closing your account by contacting staff by phone at +420 739 148 837 or by e-mail at .
